i don't know why people go 'on hiatus' in their blogs. its really annoying sometimes. out of 10 blogs which are gonna rot for a period of time, 9 of them say they're on hiatus. thefreedictionary.com defines hiatus as this:

n. pl. hi·a·tus·es or hiatus
1. A gap or interruption in space, time, or continuity; a break: "We are likely to be disconcerted by . . . hiatuses of thought" Edmund Wilson.

3. Anatomy A separation, aperture, fissure, or short passage in an organ or body part.
which i believe the people were refering to was that of meaning number 1.
*stray* means if i pronounce hiatus does it go like 'hi-*pause*-a-tus'? lolz. fine lame.
why can't be more original lols. not say like hiatus is the only word that is available. i mean, i understand if 10 people ate an apple that day and wanted to blog about it. no surprise that all would go around the line of 'i ate an apple today. weee~' ok maybe not the wee part but that's not the point. point being, there's so many words that's used to describe your leave from the blog. examples would include:
1. i'll be gone. don't miss me.
2 i'll return when i feel like it.
3. this blog will be undergoing maintenance for a period of time. until then, no posts.
4. i didn't pay my PUB bills, so they're cutting off electricity and internet.
5. and finally the classic drama: i'm leaving. -when next posts comes in- i'm back.

training as usual taking up most of my life although occuring only 3 times a week. dunno why also. more draining than school. maybe the tiredness is due to the amount effort i put into doing each activity. guess that means i should start doing homework.
competition is nearing and i believe all of us are feeling the pressure to try our best and win some medals =D. hopefully. jiao lian making us bond like a team. doing cheers and having team dinners and stuff. feel the spirit coming in. coupled with uncle's lameness and alvin's comical acts we're just laughing our asses off bonding.
i realised. instead of letting training and stuff slowly taking my life away, why not enjoy every bit of it? therefore i'm going to enjoy every minute with the team. got a pretty big responsibility to undertake which can't be done without support from everyone. from now on the team is life, and my life is the team. lets go team.

finally sold SOME mp3s today. made a bit of money heh.
so anyway i decide to be random today. happened to look into the mirror today. it's only on really rare occasions that i actually look into the mirror to
grovel at look at myself. and omg. i discovered i got panda eyes. wad the heck la. so super fugly. must be the stress from sch LOL. the late sleep time and all. i should really try to get more sleep. but then again more sleep = less work. not that i get any work done of course bleah.
oh that aside. i decided to give some thought about the phrase "the only way through a man's heart is through his stomach". READ: today is a random day. so yeah. i began thinking about the diminishing people who know how to cook these days. fast food, tapao and all. no one does home cooked food anymore haha. so therefore i'm going start going after girls that can cook LOL. i shudder at the thought of eating macs everyday.
ok enough about that. training as usual draining me with each passing day. oh except fri when i took the trials for the new guys ahah. like half of them kena cramp since it was such a cold day and all. at least through that their determination shown, not to mention there were so many people watching and among them, many girls.. lols. can it stop raining please?
jeremy said my songlist was super emo. well..i don't know.. ok shall end my randomness here. oh yeah not to mention i'm going to die for tomorrow's maths test and econs test the day after. crap.

ever since school started, i don't seem to find time to do any other things except train, study and sleep. ok maybe not study since i don't really make time and enjoy it, and nothing goes in anyway. so i'm therefore studying for the sake of studying. take study away and i only live to train and sleep. HOW NO LIFE IS THAT U TELL ME. idiot. oh ya and how i could have forgotten to eat too. eating is like the only luxury i can afford now. pathetic me haha.
pe is also getting more stupid. those once fun and exciting pe lessons that brought about laughter and joy which kept us coming back for more all crammed into 1 hour are long gone. now it's napfa training, or so they call it. i call it semi-hell. semi cos i realised i'm still alive but close to death. retarded pe lessons. still gotta wait like till 6 more weeks to the end of this crap. until then, training + pe lessons = sleep at 9pm --> the time reached home and after dinner and stuff.
I'M SO GONNA FAIL BT1. season over then pah sng. zzzzzzz..

let's start off by saying happy new year all !
went to minds today. nono not the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore. makes me wonder where the N in the minds went to LOL. ok nevermind. so went to minds cafe somewhere in dhoby. just besides ray's godma pub coincidentally HAHA. quite a cool place to be in. atmosphere was perfect if you just wanna chill with your friends. oh ya for those who didn't know it's a place where you can play board games. at a price of 2.50 per person. daylight robbery i tell u. BUT the choice of board games will instantly change your mind, ranging from reaction games to memory to well, classical monopoly and risk. and by the way, they even have risk lord of the rings edition =.=. heard from hooper they even import some of the games. impressive collection of games man. some never seen before, but loved it once played. lol.
ok so we did taboo first. was a classic which everybody knew. super funny moments when people starts to wild guess. example of a certain card which said 'bottom' and couldn't use stuff like backside and top. so it went like this with hanif err..tabooing?
hanif : ok so what's another name for the place er..junk comes out of the body?

hanif : AHH NO LA. the place where shit comes out!!!

jeremy then proceeds to take great joy in bashing me with the rubber hammer and then laughing his ass off -.-
then played jungle speed, uglydoll and sporta (?). all of which were reaction games. the most unique game was dawn under. quite a simple yet challenging board game. memory kind. sorta like open the grave and put the vampires in. then other people can sabo by putting garlics in the graves so when u open and kena their garlic they give one of their vampires to u. first to clear all their vampires win. fun game with lotsa tense moments too haha. sporta was one with the most laughs. it's a warped version of snap lol. where we put out the cards 1 by 1. then if u kena the same animal as any other you say that person's 'name' which is pre-defined by the person before the game starts. jon made retarded names like ribbery-rib-rib when his starting piece was a frog and hanif got czechoslovakia. omg man how to pronounce. THATS CHEATING MAN =.= jeremy got a rooster and called himself cock LOL. another scene from sporta when jeremy and hanif's card 'snapped'.

haha thats about it..oh ya still played jurassic jumble or something liddat. another fun game but lazy to elaborate haha. went to carrefour later to get jeremy's pump pin (read it fast and it sounds like pumpkin hahaha. nvm.) ended up playing with the pianos and the toys. nono not any normal toys. but those kind like toy guns that make the 'bang bang' sound when u press the trigger and foam swords LOL. then we had like this miniwar in the middle of carrefour HAHAHA. reliving our childhood days man. until finally jeremy was like saying we should get out before we're seen. to which i replied too late. i think we have been seen by the whole of the supermarket (think there were cameras too but didn't rub it in lols). oh well. then went home. hope tomorrow turns out fine. haha.
