sooo tirrreeeddddd...shant write so much..cos of louis stupid trn today..duckwalk 20m..10 half squats..go up 10m do 10 push-ups..fingers muz be off the edge..wth la...ten go back 3m jump down and sprint free to other side..do 10 pushup n 10 halfsquat..ten swim back to the other side play wif ball...dam ball muz roll along the dam crossbar..then jump 10 times touch the 1m springboard..then fly to other side..ten whack the crossbar 3 times in 1 jump..walao..dam stitch make me do another set..-.-
